Made from certified organic oregano, our Oregano 1:3 offers an extra strength concentration of this antioxidant rich essential oil blended with certified organic extra virgin olive oil. Can be taken at first sign of cold or flu symptoms.

Recommended Dose
Adults: Take 4-6 drops 3-4 times daily in a little water, juice, or milk. Take with food. Take a few hours before or after taking supplements containing iron, zinc, calcium, or copper.
