Recommended Use
- 100% pure
- Mentha piperita
Aroma: Fresh, strong mint.
Attributes: Revitalizing, invigorating, cooling. Try “Energizing” or other recipes using Peppermint Oil.
Energizing Blend: Add 1 drop each of peppermint oil and rosemary oil along with 2 drops of cinnamon oil to a diffuser and enjoy.
Mixes Well With: Eucalyptus oil, juniper berry oil, pine needle oil, rosemary oil.
Extraction Method: Steam Distilled from plant’s leaves.
Recommended Dose
Add to a diffuser or create your own room spray by adding up to 30 drops to 30 mL of water in a spray bottle.
