          Echinacea is traditionally used in herbal North American indigenous traditions to help relieve sore throats and symptoms of upper respiratory tract infections.

          Recommended Dose

          Adult Dosage: Take 4 lozenges daily. Children 3 years and older: Take 1 to 2 lozenges daily. Allow lozenge to dissolve slowly and completely in mouth and swallow. Take at least 2-3 hours before or after antibiotics. To reduce halitosis, following use of an antimicrobial mouthwash, use for a minimum of 14 days.
