Recommended Use
Saw palmetto is one of nature’s best-known botanicals for benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), also known as an enlarged prostate. Symptoms can occur in men in midlife, more commonly after age 50, with prevalence increasing with age. The berries of the saw palmetto plant are used to help urological symptoms of mild-to-moderate BPH, such as weak urine flow, incomplete voiding, and frequent daytime and nighttime urination.

Recommended Dose
