Recommended Use
- Helps reset the body’s sleep-wake cycle (an aspect of the circadian rhythm)
- Addresses occasional sleep disturbances including difficulty falling asleep, staying asleep, and waking too early
- Reestablishes normal sleep patterns during altered schedules (e.g., jet lag, shift- work, etc.)
Recommended Adult Dose
All uses except jet lag: At or before bedtime, allow to dissolve under the tongue, 1 tablet once daily or as directed by a health care practitioner.
Jet lag: 1 tablet once daily at bedtime while travelling and at destination until adapted to the new daily pattern.
All uses: For use beyond 4 weeks, consult a health care practitioner.

Melatonin (non-animal source) 10mg
Non-medical Ingredients
Lactose monohydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, natural flavours, croscarmellose sodium, vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant).
Caution
All uses: Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin. All uses except jet lag: If sleeplessness persists for more than 4 weeks (chronic insomnia), consult your health care practitioner. All uses: Avoid taking with alcohol or products that increase drowsiness. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have cardiovascular, immune, liver, or chronic kidney disease, hormonal or seizure disorders, asthma, depression, diabetes, low blood sugar, or migraine. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking steroids, blood thinners, medications for seizure or blood pressure, or medications to suppress the immune system (immunosuppressive medications), to affect mental state, or to increase sedation. Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Stop use if allergy occurs or if you experience headache, confusion, or nausea. Keep out of the reach of children.
