Recommended Use
The human intestinal tract contains trillions of beneficial or “good” bacteria that provide a multitude of health benefits, including keeping “bad” bacteria at bay. But certain circumstances can disrupt this natural but delicate balance, such as taking antibiotics, travelling, or being under high or prolonged stress. Enter Natural Factors Double Strength Acidophilus & Bifidus. This probiotic formula has been blended with goat's milk powder to provide an excellent environment for lactic bacteria to grow, helping to maintain normal intestinal health.

Recommended Adult Dose
1 capsule 1–3 times daily or as directed by a health care practitioner. Take at least 2–3 hours before or after antibiotics.
Ingredients (Each softgel contains)
10 billion active cells* of the following specially cultured strains of probiotics: Total bacterial culture10 billion cfu†, Lactobacillus rhamnsosus (HA-111) (whole cell) 80% 8 billion cfu†, Lactobacillus acidophilus (HA-122) (whole cell) 10% 1 Billion cfu†, Bifidobacterium bifidum (HA-132) (whole cell) 10% 1 billion cfu†.

Non-medical Ingredients
Lactose, whey powder, goat milk powder, gelatin capsule (gelatin, purified water), vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant), pectin, ascorbic acid, skim milk, trypticase-soy broth, sucrose.
Caution
Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if symptoms of digestive upset (e.g., diarrhea) occur, worsen or persist beyond 3 days. Do not use if you have an immunocompromised condition (e.g., AIDS, lymphoma, patients undergoing long-term corticosteroid treatment). Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have nausea, fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea or severe abdominal pain. Keep out of the reach of children.
