Recommended Use

Recommended Dose

Adults, Adolescents and Children (2 years and older): Apply thinly and evenly to affected area up to 3 to 4 times per day. Rub or massage into skin until the preparation disappears. Children should be supervised by an adult.

Organic Arnica Montana (arnica tincture, arnica montana flower) 25%

Non-medical Ingredients

Organic calendula officinalis flower extract, organic St John’s Wort flower extract, organic comfrey leaf extract, capsicum annuum extract, purified water, carbomer, glycerin, polysorbate 20, ethanol, peppermint essential oil, phenoxyethanol, clove essential oil, wintergreen oil.
