Recommended Use
Naka Platinum Heme Iron is a therapeutic formula which supports the maintenance of healthy iron levels to optimize red blood cell functioning and decrease signs of fatigue. Heme Iron includes both hemoglobin and myoglobin proteins, as well as moderate amounts of vitamins B12 and C, offering superior absorption. Heme comes in a high dose of 11mg of European certified elemental iron per capsule to support those with iron deficiency.

Recommended Dose
Adults take 1 capsule 1-3 times per day or as directed by a health care practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Take with food.
