Recommended Use
Naka Platinum Vitamin D3 + K2 is a great duo vitamin that will help keep your bones and teeth healthy. This supplement uses the bioactive K2 form of MK-7, which allows it to be easily absorbed. Vitamin D3 & K2 help in the absorption and intake of calcium and phosphorous. Calcium intake, when combined with sufficient Vitamin D, a healthy diet, and regular exercise may reduce the risk of developing osteoporosis.
Recommended Dose
Adults take 1 to 2 capsules per day.

- Vitamin K2 (natto derived Menaquinone 7) – 120mcg
- Vitamin D3 (Vitamin D) (1000IU) – 25mcg
