Recommended Dose
Adults: 1/16 – 1/4 teaspoon ( 5 to 20 drops), 1 – 3 time(s) per day. DO NOT DRINK STRAIGHT, dilute 1/16 – 1/4 teaspoon with a glass of water or any beverage or food and consume gradually. To help prevent magnesium deficiency add 1/4 teaspoon to a glass of water 4 times a day.
