Recommended Use
Source of essential amino acids involved in muscle protein synthesis. Source of essential amino acids for the maintenance of good health. Source of branch chain amino acids (BCAAs), which are involved in protein synthesis. Assist in the building of lean muscle tissue/mass with combined with regular weight/resistance training and a healthy balanced diet.
Recommended Dose
Adults: Aged 19 years and older: Mix 1 scoop (7.82g) of BCAA's in 1 cup (250ml) of cold water immediately before consumption, 1-2 times a day. Shake well before use. Ensure to drink enough fluid before, during, and after exercise. Read entire label before use and follow directions
