Healthy Bones MCHA features microcrystalline hydroxyapatite, a naturally sourced bone-building compound that shapes the matrix of our bones and teeth, giving them their rigid form. Containing naturally occurring calcium and phosphorous, this compound has shown superior bioavailability and absorption for maximum bone-building capabilities.
Calcium has long been associated with bone health, but phosphorous is just as important. In fact, taking high-dose calcium supplements consisting of calcium carbonate or citrate salts can cause dietary phosphorous to become unavailable for absorption. An unbalanced intake of calcium and phosphorous has been associated with the development of osteoporosis.
Healthy Bones MCHA also contains hydrolyzed collagen to stimulate enhanced collagen building at the bones, easy-to-absorb chelated minerals, and vitamins D3 and K2 to ensure these valuable nutrients reach the bone tissue where they’re needed.

Recommended Dose
Adults: Take two (2) capsules, one (1) to three (3) times per day with food or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.
