Recommended Use
A common cold is a viral infection of the upper respiratory tract that includes your nose and throat. Symptoms usually appear one to three days after exposure and include the typical sore throat, runny or congested nose, cough, sneezing, low-grade fever and mild body aches. A fever higher than 39.4 C distinguishes a cold from a different type of viral infection.

Most of the time it does its job, but sometimes a weak link can allow for a virus or other infectious organisms to creep in and lead to illness.

Recommended Dose
Adults - Take two (2) capsules, two (2) times per day with food or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Take at first sign of infection, a few hours before or after taking other medications.

Andrographis extract (Andrographis paniculata) 4% andrographolides 300mg, Reishi mushroom extract (Ganoderma lucidum) 25% polysaccharides 100mg, Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 100mg, Echinacea extract (Echinacea purpurea) root, 4:1 87.5mg, Astragalus extract (Astragalus membranaceus) root, 4:1 75mg, American ginseng extract (Panax quinquefolius) root, 10:1 60mg, Zinc (zinc citrate) 2.5mg
Non-medical Ingredients
Vegetable-grade magnesium stearate, vegetable capsule.
Caution

Caution advised when used concurrently with immunosuppressants, digoxin or blood thinners. Hypersensitivity to echinacea and reishi mushroom has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. Diarrhea, nausea or skin irritation may occur. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you have a bleeding disorder, gastric hyperacidity such as duodenal ulcers or esophageal reflux or an allergy to reishi mushroom, echinacea or any member of the Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy family.
