Recommended Use

A relaxed state of mind can sometimes be challenging to achieve. Botanica's St. John's Wort Liquid Herb provides a potent, concentrated extract which helps relieve restlessness and nervousness and promote positive emotional health.

Recommended Dose

Adults 18+: 2 mL 2 times per day

Organic olive oil, hypromellose (capsules), candelilla wax, purified water.

Caution

Avoid  prolonged exposure to sunlight or ultraviolet (UV) light. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. If taking anti-anxiety or seizure medications, antihistamines, bronchodilators, muscle relaxants and/or opiates. Do not use if taking anti cancer, anti-depressant, cardiovascular, contraceptive medications, blood thinners, anti-HIV Agents and/or immunosuppressive medications. Some people may experience mild gastrointestinal disturbances, nausea, restlessness and/or headaches. Stop use if hypersensitivity/ allergy occurs. Store away from children. Do not use if seal is broken. Store under normal conditions.
