AquaOmega High DHA SoftGels provides you with a 1:5 ratio of DHA to EPA (670 EPA / 3380 DHA) per serving. DHA is the essential fatty acid responsible for early-stage brain development in the fetus and young children. Many studies also suggest that DHA may slow down symptoms associated with cognitive disruption while ageing. Recommended Dose
