Recommended Use

Cardio Mag 2.0 provides magnesium orotate. Magnesium is a critical mineral, especially for cardiovascular health.

Magnesium orotate is a form of magnesium that is well absorbed and has been studied specifically for heart health. In addition to the magnesium, the orotic acid (orotate) has benefits of its own on ATP production, protein biosynthesis, and production of the backbone of DNA and RNA- pyrimidine nucleotides.  Together the magnesium and orotic acid can impact contractility of the heart, energy production and recovery.
