Before any products leave our location, the product will be examined to ensure it is in perfect condition and it will be packaged with care to ensure safe arrival.  

Curbside Pickup and Local Delivery:

Curbside pickup and local delivery are available in Smiths Falls.  There is no minimum for curbside pickup, but there is a $40 minimum for local delivery in Smiths Falls.  If you need your order before the next morning, please call the store 613 205 1117 and we will put it together as quick as we can.  

Shipping in Canada:

Up Wellness Market is committed to ensuring you receive your product in a timely manner and for a reasonable (or FREE) price!  

If you live in a remote area of Canada, shipping may take an extra few days.  If you live in a urban or rural area, you should receive your shipment within two business days.  Canada Post and UPS are our partners for shipping and you will be notified how your package will arrive and when it should arrive.  

If there is an item that is not in stock or we cannot package within 24hrs, we will send a message and a credit for the purchase for that/those item/items.  

Please be careful when entering your address information.  Shipping is non-refundable.  If you receive free shipping and the product is returned, you will be charged for the cost of that shipment. 

Ontario shipping is $20 or free for orders over $100. 

Out of Ontario shipping is $25 or free for orders over $100.  

International Shipping:

We offer shipping to the US.  

Please contact us if you are outside of Canada and the US.  

All international orders are final.  We cannot accept returns on products leaving Canada.
